How to Order Our Quality Products
While local grass-fed lamb is not the norm; most people today have never eaten and enjoyed grass-fed lamb from a local farm. Thus, even if they are motivated to try grass-fed lamb for its superior taste, nutritional value, and safety, most consumers don't know how to begin. We suggest that you review information on lamb cuts from the American Lamb Board. and our cooking and recipes to familiarize yourself with the different cuts of lamb and the variety of ways in which they can be prepared.
Customers have three ways to purchase our local, grass-fed, natural lamb and other farm products:
1. On-Farm Pickup or Delivery to locations in the Castlewood and surrounding areas.

2. Your Local Farmers' Market
We are at the Clinch River Farmers' Market every Saturday 8AM - 1PM from April - October.
You can also find us at th Winter Farmer's Market one Saturday per month for January, February, and March. Our next Winter Market is scheduled for March 19, 2011.
3. Delivery to certain locations in the Castlewood and surrounding areas. Contact us for more information about deliveries.
4. Meadowview Conference Center
Our honey and jams can now be purchased at the Meadowview Conference Center through the Gift Shop of the Hotel. Stop by and check out our display.
